Our Process
To begin my process I use a hard brissle brush on the soles which removes most of the stubborn dirt.
Then I use a drill with hard brissle attachments to remove any dirt that doesn’t come away manually.
Lastly I use the steam cleaner to get the soles looking spotless, this machine really makes the difference.
If then use a wire brush and magic eraser on the midsoles to remove any scuffs / marks
I then use a soft brissle brush and start on the uppers which I apply shoe cleaning products and in circular motions I go over all parts of the uppers / mesh.
I then remove the insoles and use the drill and steam cleaner on these to get them looking and smelling fresh again.
If the mesh is stained I use an air compressor on the mesh which takes all the deep stains out and brings it back to white.
I then stuff with newspaper which I reuse to soak all the water within the shoe up and dry out over night this leaves them bone dry and ready to work on.
The exclusive service involves any paint touch ups which could be the uppers, midsoles or soles.
This could be patterns on the shoes, faded colouring or scuffs.
If the shoes are leather we use deglazer first ensuring the surface is prepped, then we apply leather filler smooth the surface out. Which we then leave to dry, colour match the leather paints and apply.
If it’s suede we prepare the suede by using nubuck materials to clean the suede getting them silky smooth before apply suede dye.
Full suede dyes are subjected to core colours blue, black, red, white etc.
Once the suede dye has had chance to dry we then repeat the cleaning process getting them silky smooth again.
When painting the midsoles or soles
If theirs scuffs on the shoes or parts of the colour has faded we colour match to the best of our ability and repaint all parts that need touching up.

If the soles or midsoles are white or clear we apply UV bright solution and place them under UV lights for 5-7 days for optimal results.
Which leaves lastly finisher, we have three different options when finishing.
If the material is rubber and doesn’t require a shiny look we apply finisher.
If the material requires a glossy look we apply gloss finisher.
If the material is suede we apply a suede spray that protects the material from water damage keeping it silky smooth and brings the natural colour out of the shoe.
In the VIP service you get access to all the services previously mentioned plus any glue or stitch work needed.
This could be tears in the midsoles, front toe caps coming apart, soles hanging off to a certain degree and we will apply professional shoe glue under pressure and mend any defects.
If the shoes need hand sewed in places we can do this from loose stitches to rips.
We also apply smelling sprays to make sure your shoes smell as fresh as possible coming back.
