Yes after you select your main service and before checkout, you’ll have the option to add any Additional Services you need. This includes suede dye, paint touch-ups, glue repairs, midsole repainting, and more

Yes, we provide pre-paid shipping labels for easy drop-off at your local Evri Service Point. Once your shoes are restored, we ship them right back to your door.

After booking, you’ll receive a pre-paid QR code shipping label via email. Simply drop your shoes at a Evri Service Point we handle the rest.

Yes, both outbound and return shipping are included in your booking.

Cleaning Services:
Typical turnaround is 5–7 days, depending on the service selected and the condition of your sneakers. We’ll provide a more accurate timeframe once your booking is received.

Restoration Services:
Full restorations take approximately 7–10 days from the moment your sneakers arrive at our studio. You’ll be notified once your shoes are complete and on their way back to you.

We can remove most stains, but results depend on the material and severity. For deeply faded or stained suede, we recommend adding a dye refresh via our Additional Services page.

No photos aren’t required to book. If we need more details, we’ll contact you after receiving your order.

We clean everything from everyday Nikes and Adidas to high-end pairs like Dior, McQueen, Valentino, Balenciaga, and Off-White.
