    We offer professional cleaning and restoration for trainers, designer footwear, hats, UGGs, kids’ shoes, sliders, and more. Our service tiers range from deep cleans to advanced repairs, repainting, and dyeing. We also offer extras like lace swaps, suede dye refreshes, and midsole repainting.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes if you're sending multiple pairs, we can offer a bulk rate. Just reach out via WhatsApp or our contact form before booking.

  • How do I book a service?

    Choose the service you need, complete your booking online, and you’ll receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. It takes less than two minutes.

  • Where are you based? Can I drop my shoes off?

    We’re based in Durham, UK. While we mainly operate via courier, drop-offs can be arranged by appointment contact us directly to schedule.

  • What’s the difference between Essential, Signature, and Elite services?

    Essential Clean – Best for everyday trainers that need a deep refresh.

    Signature Clean – Ideal for high-end designer sneakers that require material-specific care.

    Elite Restoration – Our most advanced option, including repairs, repainting, and suede or sole restoration.

  • Can I add extra services after booking?

    Yes after you select your main service and before checkout, you’ll have the option to add any Additional Services you need. This includes suede dye, paint touch-ups, glue repairs, midsole repainting, and more

  • Do you offer pickup and delivery?

    Yes, we provide pre-paid shipping labels for easy drop-off at your local Post Office or parcel locker. Once your shoes are restored, we ship them right back to your door.

  • How does shipping work?

    After booking, you’ll receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. Simply drop your shoes at a Post Office or parcel locker — we handle the rest.

  • Is return delivery included?

    Yes, both outbound and return shipping are included in your booking.

  • How long is the turnaround time?

    Our standard turnaround is 7–10 days from the moment we receive your item. You’ll be notified once your shoes are complete and on their way back to you.

  • Can you remove all types of stains?

    We can remove most stains, but results depend on the material and severity. For deeply faded or stained suede, we recommend adding a dye refresh via our Additional Services page.

  • Do I need to upload photos before booking?

    No photos aren’t required to book. If we need more details, we’ll contact you after receiving your order.

  • What types of sneakers do you clean?

    We clean everything from everyday Nikes and Adidas to high-end pairs like Dior, McQueen, Valentino, Balenciaga, and Off-White.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only serve UK customers.

  • How much do your services cost?

    Prices start from £20 for hat cleaning, £35 for an Essential Clean, and up to £100 for full Elite Restoration. Full pricing is listed on each service page.

  • When do I pay?

    Payment is taken securely at checkout when you book your service.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    At Freshstepper, we accept a variety of payment methods, including Credit & Debit Cards, Bank transfer and Cash.

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Yes, our checkout is powered by encrypted, industry-standard payment gateways that protect your data.

  • What if I’m not happy with the result?

    We stand by our work. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shoes and we'll work with you to make it right.

  • How do I know my payment was successful?

    You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after payment. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us to confirm.

  • Are there any shoes you won’t accept?

    We don’t accept heavily damaged or mouldy footwear. If you’re unsure, contact us before booking.

  • How can I track my booking?

    You’ll be notified as soon as your shoes are complete and on their way back to you. A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.
